The Role

As a Recruiter Coordinator, you will work with our Global Recruitment to manage our logistics and help hire the very best talent to join Untold Studios. You are passionate about people and excited to play a role in making Untold Studios a great place to work. You are attentive to detail and service-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Interview scheduling and candidate logistics

• Teamtailor administration and data quality

• Offer and contract process coordination

• Onboarding paperwork and People handovers

• Budget tracker administration

• Weekly reporting and KPI dashboards

• Recruitment meeting packs and action tracking

• Preparing and distributing job postings and other recruitment materials.

• Responding to candidate inquiries and providing updates on the hiring process

• Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Providing excellent customer service to all stakeholders involved in the recruitment process.

• Help to manage our Outreach programme with educational institutes, various advertising and entertainment trade and industry events
