The Role
You will be a guiding force in all creative output at Untold Studios, setting a benchmark for quality. You will be the creative voice through the pitching, planning and execution and are ultimately responsible for the output of every project that you oversee. You have a history of delivering creative VFX work of the highest calibre and leading projects from beginning to end.

You have a deep working knowledge of a range of industry standard software and provide creative and technical support to your teams. You make sure that we are at the forefront of technical innovation.

As a respected leader you keep yourself and your teams highly motivated. You are solutions driven and love analysing and solving problems.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Managing all aspects of the creative process from bidding, pitching, methodologies, scheduling through to execution.

• Taking ownership of your workload from the start of a project through to the deadline.

• Working closely with Producers and Coordinators to manage schedules and budgets.

• Managing teams of varying size.

• Leading multiple projects concurrently.

• The ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.

• Collaborating with Clients and Directors to create an environment that breeds the highest quality work.

• Effectively managing expectations both internally and client side.

• Creating opportunities to establish and nurture client relationships.

• The ability to listen to and interpret client comments and then address feedback in a constructive and efficient manner.

• Providing on-set supervision; assisting the Director, advising on approach and gathering all reference/data needed.

• Mentoring artists through a project and beyond.

• Driving recruitment by sourcing talent, reviewing CVs, interviewing and evaluating job descriptions.

• Being an ambassador for Untold Studios, through attending industry events, producing publications, public speaking and outreach opportunities.

Salary range $160k - $250k
Compensation will vary based on experience, seniority, and skill set within this band
