The Role

We are looking for a passionate, energetic and highly organised Runner with a passion for learning, assisting and making a great impression in all aspects of their role. With an expanding team we are looking for someone who can support the team as it grows, while providing exceptional client service. You will be looking to grow your career and we are committed to supporting you on this journey.

No two days as a runner are the same. Your role is to assist Client Service in setting the tone and vibe of the studio - ensuring clients, guests and colleagues have a great experience, and have everything they need. You will get to know the Untold Studios team and you will be a key part of what makes the studio work day to day.

As a Runner at Untold Studios your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining the studio and assisting the team. You’ll be excited by the challenge of keeping the studio running and creating a productive, fun space to work.

• Passionately ensuring that our clients are delighted by their visit to Untold.

• Assisting in ordering and managing food, drinks, and general studio equipment, including stationary and cleaning products.

• Helping in organising team events monthly, supporting marketing events and arranging off-sites and outings.

• Maintaining the highest standard in the communal areas, ensuring the kitchen is tidy and stocked and the client and soft seating areas are clean and tidy.

• Being ready for no job being too small, you'll need to have a creative approach to problem solving and be prepared to roll your sleeves up in every scenario - from unloading the dishwasher to the daily post run.

• Working effectively as part of a team.

• Having the ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently.

• Taking ownership of your workload from the start of a project through to the deadline.

• Approaching your role with a start-up culture and can-do attitude is crucial.

Salary range $25 per hour
